The Merkur 23C was originally developed in the ‘20s. Its reliable quality makes it a timeless classic: the long handle and straight foam edge ensure a particularly smooth shave. The Merkur specific spacious blade gap allows a high soap flow and also makes cleaning noticeably easier.

Merkur 23C is classic safety razor with a 4" long handle for comfort & control and is a favorite for both men and women.  Finished in chrome, the razor has a knurled non slip handle. 

Material: Brass handle, die-casted zinc razor head, galvanized surfaces, bright chrome-plated.

Product Details: Closed comb, straight.

Great starter safety razor!

I’ve been looking for a safety razor for a long while now. Using a transitional multi blade razor gave me horrible ingrowns and my skin was always irritated. I finally pulled the trigger on this one and it’s awesome! Very close shave, very limited ingrowns and strawberry skin too :)

Can’t say enough good things about these

I bought one of these over 10 years ago and never looked back. Unfortunately it was taken by TSA (even though the blades were removed) so I’ve had to buy a new one. Otherwise I would’ve had it foreseeable for the rest if my life lol. Also bought a big pack of disposable blades to change out of it as they dull (each blade lasts about 6 months before it gets dull), at this rate I’ll die before using all of them. I can’t imagine how anyone still buys disposable razors when these exist. Not to mention they look classy af compared to the plastic ones. Highly recommend.

Mercury long handle shaver

This is a great razor. I was very please at the comfort it gave while getting a smooth great shave.
